How should I prepare for my first treatment?
For your treatment, I will be bringing a massage table, towels and massage oil.All you need is to have a free space in your house, ideally quiet and relaxing.I will arrive 5min earlier to set the table.The treatment duration is 60min or 75min, depending on what you have booked.
Do you help with chronic illness and injuries?
Yes. With my background as a physiotherapist, clinical reformer pilates teacher and massage therapist, I can help treating any muscle injury or any illness caused by stress/ anxiety and emotional/ physical trauma.
What should I expect from my first session?
A muscle release.Massages are beneficial and release muscle tension making you feel freer and more mobile. When you choose a deep tissue/trigger point or sports massage, some clients feel a bit sore for a day or two, as the muscles can take awhile to recover. In those cases, I suggest taking magnesium and a hot shower, drinking plenty of fluid to promote a faster recovery.
